We believe every human being deserves a second chance. People can change, dignity can be restored, and society benefits when women are given the opportunity to rebuild.
Love, Forgiveness & Education
Love and forgiveness of self and others, along with education, are among the most powerful forces of change in the world.
Accountability & Discipline
Lasting transformation requires responsibility, structure, and discipline. While we provide tools and opportunities, each woman must be willing to do the work necessary for growth.
Integrity
We expect complete honesty and integrity from our residents, staff, board members, volunteers, and mentors. Integrity means living truthfully and being accountable in every interaction.
Advocacy
Successful reentry requires community support. We advocate for fair opportunities in housing, employment, financial services, and social acceptance so that every woman has a real chance to thrive.
Collaboration
Transformation happens in the community. We work closely with employers, faith organizations, counselors, educators, volunteers, and local agencies that share our values.

As a lean and mission-driven nonprofit, we use every dollar strategically and responsibly to maximize impact for the women we serve.
